All Saints' Church, South Cave

All Saints Church

Welcome to All Saints’ Church in South Cave.

We are a growing, family friendly and enthusiastic church family who meet weekly for worship in the church building and adjoining hall (All Saints Community Centre). Our church is a local ecumenical partnership between the Anglican Church and Methodist Church and our regular services vary in styles and have something for everyone from more traditional services to monthly Cafe style services.

Accessibility- Both our Church and Community Centre are accessible to those who use wheelchairs. We also have a wheelchair available on site if required.

We have now completed the campaign for this year. Although we were unable to carry out the door-to-door collection we have managed to raise, from South Cave and Ellerker, 1,925 to help support the poorest of the poor in the world. The Just Giving site raised 660 online whilst the total donated through cheques and cash was 1,265. 377 Gift Aid will be added, making a total of 2,302. At this difficult time for us all, we are grateful to the many generous donors. Thank you so much.

In the very peculiar time we find ourselves; with our churches closed and people isolating themselves in their homes, we are all having to find new ways of doing things. This has involved: streaming services, learning how to use “Zoom” for keeping in touch and providing fellowship and companionship over the telephone.
This crisis has also led to a significant reduction in our income, from collections and hall rentals in particular. We have taken what action we can to cut our costs but there is still a shortfall. If you want to help support the church financially at these difficult times, then it couldn’t be simpler to make a donation.
Visit our Just Giving site (click on the following: PCC of South Cave )
Or if you do not already do so, why not give by standing order, or make a donation directly from your bank.
For details of how to do this, please contact Liz on the church office email and if you are a tax payer, don’t forget to let us know, so that we can claim gift aid on your donation and get an extra 25p for every £1 you donate.
